What I'm currently loving....♥

Sadly I'm unable to take any pictures of my favourite products at the moment as my camera is at home. From reading previous BBlogger chats on Twitter I know it's really important to most bloggers that a blog has clear pictures to help illustrate their views, so apologies about that but theres really nothing I can do until I'm reunited with my camera.

Here a few products I've been using and am currently loving.

I use a face scrub every day so that my face can feel really, really clean. I love how soft St Ives Apricot Scrub leaves my skin feeling, and it really helps to keep blemishes at bay. I've been using it since August and can really tell a difference in the texture of my skin. It smells nice too, but isn't overpowering. Its available here.

I received a free sample of this Garnier intensive 7 days body moisturiser infused with shea butter. It's aimed at dry to very dry skin, which mine is during the winter, so I knew it was a good idea to invest in a full sized bottle. It really does sink in well (a problem which I seem to have with nearly every body moisturiser on the planet..!) and leaves my skin feeling soft.

Balmi lip balms are lovely, I have the strawberry one and I love it. I like the packaging, so different to anything else out there (except EOS....) and I love the smell! Most importantly, it leaves my lips feeling very smooth and hydrated, it's a really creamy formula.

I look forward to bath and shower time just so I can use my huge bottle of  Soap and Glory
Clean on Me. It leaves skin feeling very silky smooth as it has a built in body lotion, brilliant! It has a lovely smell but it's not overpowering, and it's going to last me forever because the bottle really is rather large.

So, thats the skincare products I'm loving at the moment. What are you loving? Leave links & let me know!

A Christmas Wish List #1

Yes thats right, I will no doubt be posting more than 1 wish list as there is so much I want, but I know I won't get it all. I can dream though! First up, are beauty products.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish
is a product I think nearly everyone has, or has tried, except me! So I'm eager to try this out as I hear such wonderful things about it!

Calvin Klein Forbidden Euphoria
I love most Calvin Klein fragrances, and I love the smell of this one. I don't especially like Euphoria, but the two don't smell that similar, so I'd love to add this one to my growing collection.

Benefit It's About Prime
I love sample sized products. Firstly its great to try the product without committing to full size and full price, but also they are great for travelling. I'm always dividing my time between home and uni, so its good to have smaller products to carry around. I have tried Benefit Porefessional before and liked it, so I'd be happy to have it again.

MAC Cremeblend Blush
I'm always wanting to add blushers to my make up collection. I have swatched Something Special and So Sweet, So Easy and I love them both! So I've said I don't mind which I get...

Whats on your Christmas List? Send me your links!

Dr Jart+ Platinum Beauty Balm

As mentioned in my last post, this is one of my favourite products! Before trying this, I had only ever tried one BB cream, a Garnier one, and I was not impressed. So when I received this I wasn't expecting much.
So I was pleasantly suprised! It suits my skin tone well- but only if I use the right amount. If I use too much it washes me out completly. It applies well (I apply with both my fingers and the Body Shop Foundation Brush- avaiable here) and does conceal blemishes and redness well. I have dry skin, so I do use a moisturiser beforehand, but if dryness isn't an issue then it can be used instead and it does do a good job of hydrating. It is aimed at women in their 30s (I'm in my twenties) but I see no reason that I can't use it. It has SPF 30 which is brilliant, the highest I have seen in any BB cream or foundation.

At £22 it is not the cheapest, but I do really like it and would happily purchase it full price. It is available at Boots and is currently on offer for £11!
